At Lauren Bethany Branding, we specialize in working with clients in Dallas/Fort Worth to provide them with updated headshot and branding photos.

This business was started by a husband and wife team that REALLY wanted to find a way to build a business together.

After much prayer, the business was started. (In March 2020).

And like we mentioned, before long, we found our selves having served over 1,500 clients in the DFW area.

We are now in the process of adding more team members so we can serve more customers and continue to deliver a service that we feel genuinely helps our clients at the highest level.

Our team is built on a foundation of core values that guide everything we do (seriously).

While not all of our team members may be Christian (or our clients) we want to operate in a way that is in alignment with scripture. • People > Profit: While profit is extremely important to operate a business, it’s not the main metric we are focused on. We strive to prioritize our clients happiness and our teams happiness first and foremost. We want to deliver the highest level service we can, and we want to compensate and train our team to the best of our ability, and know that profit will follow.

• White Glove Service: We are focused on providing an extremely high level of service for our clients. We want them to feel like we walked them hand in hand through the entire process, making it feel seamless and stress free, and ultimately, providing them with photos that they will absolutely LOVE. Our clients are the star of the show and we want to provide them with a type of service that makes our entire process feel like a truly white glove experience.

• WOW Experience: We want to go above and beyond in all that we do for our clients. Of course, we are providing them with a service and providing them with photos, but we want our clients to leave their experience thinking “WOW. I did not expect to have that level of service. That was seriously incredible. I’m so happy I decided to work with this team”. We want to focus on the “little things” and the “big things” when it comes to our client experience.

What We're Looking For

We're looking to add more amazing photographers to our team (on a 1099 independent contractor basis).

Our ideal candidates:

• Are extremely personal and friendly. (the kind of person that can become a friend to anyone, and make anyone feel like family within minutes of meeting them).

• Are great communicators. They respond back to messages quickly. They communicate clearly and effectively when it comes to working with clients and when it comes to working with our team members.

• Provide “5 star experiences” for our clients and really make them feel like the star of the show

• Help our clients pose in ways that make them feel totally natural and confident during their session, so our clients don’t have to stress or worry about anything during their session

• Are available to work with clients during weekdays (our primary need)

• Open to occasional Saturday (never Sunday) sessions

• Have experience when it comes to headshot and branding photography (this is preferred, but not essential. If you have experience with photography in general, and if you’re the type of person that fits our core values, we still may be interested in chatting!)

• Willing to travel around the Dallas/Fort Worth area for our sessions. (as a 1099 contractor, you are able to deduct your miles and travel as an expense. Double check with your bookkeeper/accountant to verify)
  

Responsibilities

• Showing up and shooting headshot or branding sessions in-studio, or in-home, or in some cases in-office

• Creating an experience for our clients that puts them at ease, and helps to deliver natural, authentic photos that our clients will absolutely LOVE.

• Being a great communicator, and helping our clients to pose in ways that make them feel confident and comfortable

• Using photography equipment and lighting to the best and highest levels of your ability, and ensuring that you are using equipment that is at (or above) industry standard.

• Delivering your photos to our team as soon as you have finished your sessions for the day. (No editing required. Our team handles all of the editing. You just focus on showing up to your session and delivering an amazing experience for our clients, and we handle the rest)
  

Compensation & Benefits

• $100 per hour.

• Keep 100% of any tips from satisfied clients. (This is HUGE for a lot of our photographers. And it’s all about how you make our clients feel and the experience you provide for them).
